How do I track my order?
Once Royal Mail has accepted and scanned the item. We will provide you with a reference number, which you will use to track your order.
What are your delivery options?
All our delivery are through Royal Mail and other delivery services, please note that all orders are done online.
Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery on (Pre Order items )of the package after the package is processed. Some delivery will be done in 1-2 days and you will be notified once your order is placed.

All packages are currently delivered through Royal Mail and other delivery services and below are our options:

Free Delivery on all items. When you place order, please make sure you check the delivery info, as some items can take 1-2 days and Pre -Order items will take 1-15 days.

International Delivery - Delivery is 10 working days and rate start from £10.
Please Note: Deliveries are not made on Sunday or bank holidays. Delivery like Wigs order, please allow 7-15 workings days.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your item(s) if returned unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, pet hairs, perfume, deodorant, fake tan and should have all original labels and tags attached. Swimwear should also have the hygiene sticker attached.
Returns should be made by post within 14 days of receipt and the refund will be credited to your original payment method. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Maria’s Boutique.
Your item(s) should be returned in its original packaging to: Please email us to send you our address details.
Please allow 14 days from the date your parcel is received for your refund to be processed. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control. We will email you to let you know when your refund has been processed. Please note the original delivery cost is not refundable and we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee your item will still be available.

Do you provide International delivery?
NOTE: Our delivery charges are calculated on the weight of the entire parcel and not per item. Please email us to get accurate postage pricing
CUSTOMS CHARGES**For Africa (Ghana and Zambia) and other international countries, please check with your local customs office for charges.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD - Deliveries take up to 10- 14 working days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).
** IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All of the normal import paperwork is dealt with in-house. Customs require us to provide a full invoice of the goods being shipped together with any other relevant information required by law.
As a requirement by law we must add our address, the cost of the goods in the form of an invoice on the customs shipping declaration.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES INSIDE THE EU DO NOT REQUIRE THIS.
